Roe v. Wade, 410 U.S. 113, was a landmark decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in which the Court ruled that the Constitution of the United States protects a pregnant woman's liberty to choose to have an abortion without excessive government restriction.
Chief Justice John Roberts is a Supreme Court chief of justice appointed by former president George W Bush. He's known to be very impartial and more often than not sides with his liberal colleagues instead of his conservatice associates. Though there are praiseworthy decisions that he made, recently his reputation declined due to his decision that hollowed the voting right act. Currently, he is seen as a swing voter amongst the Supreme Court Judges.
